Service terms
What you're getting, and how it works.
These terms apply to the consulting packages listed on the consulting page. By purchasing a package, you agree to them. For custom web development projects, a separate project agreement is provided before work begins.
What's included
Accessibility Review ($349): A full screen reader and keyboard walkthrough of your product, timestamped notes, recordings, and a prioritized fix list. Covers approximately 60 to 90 minutes of testing.
Accessibility Starter ($249): A focused review of core interactions — labels, focus order, navigation. Includes recommendations and a short walkthrough recording.
Team Session ($1,200): A live, interactive session (approximately two hours) where your team watches me use your product and we discuss findings together. Includes written notes and follow-up Q&A.
Turnaround
Reviews and starter packages are delivered within 5 business days of receiving access to your product. Team sessions are scheduled within 10 business days of purchase. If I need more time, I'll let you know before the deadline.
What I need from you
A working link to the product, or access credentials if it's behind a login. If I can't access the product within 10 business days of purchase, I'll reach out. If I don't hear back within 30 days, the engagement is considered complete.
Revisions and follow-up
Each package includes one round of clarifying questions after delivery — if something in the report is unclear, ask and I'll explain. Additional consulting beyond the original scope is available at an agreed-upon rate.
Deliverables and usage
You own the report and recordings I deliver. Use them however you need — share with your team, attach to tickets, reference in planning docs. I may reference the engagement in anonymized form (no company name, no proprietary details) in my portfolio unless you ask me not to.
Refunds
If I haven't started work yet, I'll refund you in full. Once work has begun, refunds are prorated based on what's been completed. If you're not satisfied with the deliverable, let me know — I'd rather make it right than leave it unresolved.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime before work begins for a full refund. For team sessions, cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable, but I'm happy to reschedule.
Limitation of liability
My reports represent what I find during testing. I can't guarantee that fixing every issue will make your product fully compliant with any specific legal standard. Accessibility is a practice, not a checkbox. My liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
