Pulsar Screen Reader for Android

I built Pulsar because I wanted to see how far I could take it. I wanted to see what I could do with a fork of Google's TalkBack and some ideas I've always had, but had no way to implement them. Pulsar Screen Reader is what came out of those ideas.

Status In beta, heading to Google Play

I knew what I wanted in a screen reader. I wanted it fast. I wanted it to keep up with me, instead of the other way around. I just didn't know how I was gonna make that happen. TalkBack being open source made that happen.

I made Pulsar respond faster than TalkBack while keeping the same features. I added a few new things along the way, like a twist gesture for reading controls.

I'm always adding features. If you have a request, please email hello@nextlevel-access.com with the subject line "Pulsar feature request."

If you want to be part of the beta, please email hello@nextlevel-access.com with the subject line "Pulsar beta list." I'll need a Gmail address to add you to the beta.
